A Celebration of Hope, Heritage and Harmony
Rainbow Reggae – United in Rhythm Is more than a tribute show. It’s a proudly South African celebration of unity inspired by the vision of the Rainbow Nation, a term coined by Desmond Tutu in the early 1990s and embraced and popularized by Nelson Mandela. ―Rainbow Reggae‖ is also a call to unity carried on the heartbeat of reggae. It symbolised hope rising after hardship, a nation learning to coexist in dignity and equality.
A rainbow itself is a universal sign of renewal — appearing after rain as a promise of brighter days ahead. It represents transformation, optimism and the beauty that emerges when different colours stand together as one.
That vision lies at the heart of this show.
